Spa Etiquette Guide

Thank you for visiting CurAge Spa. The following information is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible:

Your First Visit

If you are new to CurAge Spa, you are required to fill out a health history form. A client health history form provides our therapists with the necessary information to complete a treatment safely and without complication. It is important that you arrive at least 30 – 60 minutes before your visit in order to complete the form.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be escorted to the change area, where you will be provided with a luxurious robe, towel, and locker for your personal belongings.

Spa Guidelines

To ensure that you receive the full length of your services, please arrive at least 30 minutes (maximum 60 minutes) prior to your first treatment of the day. To avoid inconveniencing other clients, all treatments will end at the scheduled time. This early arrival will allow you ample time to enjoy the amenities that we offer. To add to the enjoyment of your day and to help others enjoy their Spa Day as well, please turn off all cellular phones and pagers when you enter the spa. Please do not consume alcohol 2 hours prior to your treatment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.

Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive certain treatments unless accompanied by an adult.

Valuables

Please do not bring jewelry or valuables into the spa. Many treatments require that you remove your jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Gift Cards, Certificates

CurAge Spa Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be traced if lost. In addition, they are not redeemable if lost or stolen and are non-transferable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Online Purchases: Gift Cards, Certificates

CurAge Spa offers you the flexibility of purchasing gift certificates for each of our spa packages. All CurAge Spa Online Gift Certificate purchases are final and are not redeemable if lost or stolen and are non-transferable. Once an order is placed for a gift certificate, we will prepare the certificate and send it out by ground mail on or by the next business day. Allow 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for Post delays. We are not able to process and ship orders on the week-ends. Please keep your online Receipt.

Prices / Return / Exchanges

All prices are exclusive of tax and are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard. Unopened products within 5 days of the purchase that are in perfect condition can be returned/exchanged. After 5 days of purchase, there will be no returns accepted. CurAge Spa will be responsible only for defective products and/or products causing allergies.

Staff

We cannot guarantee requests for therapists. However, we will make every attempt to honor your preferences.

Cancellations

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance by Voice mail or E-Mail message. Failure to cancel an appointment will require a full payment before booking your next appointment. Failure to cancel a pre-paid appointment will result in that pre-paid service deducted from your profile. Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of this policy.

Privacy Policy

In order to maintain a high level of customer service, CurAge Spa is required from time to time to collect, retain, and disclose personal information. CurAge Spa is committed to treating such personal information in accordance with your best interests and applicable law. All of the personal information collected by us will be used and retained exclusively by CurAge Spa to provide you with the highest quality professional treatments and services.
