CONDITIONS OF SALE, PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

These Conditions of Sale govern all purchases of products and services from CurAge Spa, CurAge Salon, including CurAge Med and CurAge Academy, whether in-store or online at www.curage.ca.

By purchasing products or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS, PRICES & TAXES

Currency & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, system, or supplier error, CurAge Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. If your card has been charged, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.

Taxes

All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and will be shown on your invoice in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.

2. PAYMENT & SECURITY

Secure Transactions

CurAge Spa uses SSL encryption to protect all payment transactions. All personal and payment information transmitted through our website is encrypted and secured.

Ownership

Products remain the property of CurAge Spa until full payment has been received. 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the product.

3. COUPONS & PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Have no cash value
  • Are for single use only unless otherwise specified
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
  • May be modified or discontinued at CurAge Spa’s discretion

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Orders placed online are subject to acceptance by CurAge Spa. An order is considered accepted only once it has been processed and shipped.

CurAge Spa reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders due to inventory shortages or pricing errors

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

5. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Delivery Areas

Products are available for delivery within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling fees are not included in product prices and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

CurAge Spa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers must notify CurAge Spa within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or missing.

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must also be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the shipment date.

6. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • In original sealed packaging
  • Unused
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Defective Products

Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days at no additional charge.

Opened Products (Open Box Policy)

Opened products are final sale.

Exception: If a client experiences a documented allergic reaction, a return request may be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Proof (photos and/or medical documentation) may be required.

If approved:

  • A maximum refund of 70% of the purchase price will be issued
  • Product must be at least 75% full
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

CurAge Spa reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. SERVICES POLICY

All services are final sale.

  • No refunds are provided for completed treatments.
  • Prepaid services, packages, memberships, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these conditions.

8. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the following:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 30% of the scheduled service value will be charged
  • No-shows: 30% of the scheduled service value will be charged

For prepaid packages:

  • The equivalent of 30% of the service value will be deducted from the package balance.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings.

9. MEDICAL TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER

This section applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Injectables
  • PRP
  • Exosomes
  • Microneedling
  • Laser treatments
  • IV therapy
  • Hormone-related services
  • Skin boosters
  • Body contouring

Medical treatments are non-refundable once administered

Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.

Clients acknowledge that aesthetic and medical procedures involve inherent variability and that no specific result can be guaranteed.

10. GIFT CARDS & PREPAID PACKAGES

All gift cards, gift certificates, prepaid packages, and promotional bundles are:

  • Final sale
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash

Expiration terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

11. CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase, the client confirms agreement to these Conditions of Sale.

Clients agree to contact CurAge Spa directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate these agreed policies will be formally disputed and may result in additional recovery actions where permitted by law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CurAge Spa shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Allergic reactions not disclosed during consultation
  • Variations in individual treatment outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products, booking services, or enrolling in programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy.
