Where exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CurAge Spa and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The following terms apply specifically to CurAge Academy students and programs. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Deposit & Refund Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in any CurAge Academy program.
• Once your deposit has been received, your enrollment is considered final, and access to course materials, online modules, or scheduling may begin.
• No refunds are issued once you have enrolled or gained access to any portion of the course, including online or in-person training.
• Refunds are only considered if the Academy cancels the course before it begins.

2. Tuition and Payment Terms

• Failure to complete payments by the due dates may result in temporary suspension of course access or certification eligibility until the balance is paid in full.
• Tuition balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment.

3. Attendance and Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and respect toward instructors, staff, and peers.
• CurAge Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student for misconduct, repeated absenteeism, or violation of Academy policies.

4. Certification and Diplomas

• Upon successful completion of all modules, exams, and required practical hours, students receive a CurAge Academy Diploma in Aesthetics.
• CurAge Academy also works directly with CIDESCO, the internationally recognized organization in Switzerland. Eligible students may take the optional CIDESCO International Exam for an additional $1,000 CAD, which covers the Swiss examiner’s visit and issuance of the international diploma.

5. Insurance and Professional Recognition

• The CurAge Academy Diploma is recognized by numerous professional insurers, clinics, and employers across Quebec and Canada.
• Students are responsible for verifying individual insurer requirements before registration.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, manuals, and online content remain the exclusive property of CurAge Academy.
• Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• CurAge Academy complies with Quebec privacy regulations.
• Any client photos, videos, or case studies used during training are confidential and used only for educational purposes.

8. Schedule and Program Modifications

• CurAge Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or course content when necessary to maintain the highest educational standards.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your registration and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all CurAge Academy policies and terms.
