Prices

Product prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or pricing errors, CurAge Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, even if confirmed. If your credit card has been charged for a canceled order, CurAge Spa will issue a credit for the incorrect amount.

Taxes

All displayed prices are exclusive of taxes. CurAge Spa charges applicable sales tax based on the delivery address. Taxes are shown on your invoice and are calculated according to delivery location laws.

Coupons & Promotional Codes

Coupons and promotional codes are non-transferable, for single use only, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Some codes cannot be combined with other promotions. CurAge Spa may modify or terminate coupon programs at its sole discretion.

Payment Agreement

Products remain the property of CurAge Spa until full payment is received. Upon physical receipt, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.

Orders & Acceptance

Orders can be placed online at www.curage.ca. All orders are subject to acceptance by CurAge Spa, which reserves the right to reject or limit quantities. Your order is deemed accepted only upon shipment of the products. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified, and your order may be canceled without charge.

Limitations

CurAge Spa products are available for purchase and delivery within Canada and the United States.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided during the order process. Delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. CurAge Spa is not liable for delays beyond its control. Claims for issues regarding quantity, condition, loss, or damage are accepted up to 30 days post-shipment.

Costs

Shipping and handling are not included in product prices. CurAge Spa uses reputable carriers and charges fixed shipping costs, which include packaging, postage, and handling. Any transit damage or loss claims must be filed with the carrier.

Refund Policy

Products

Returns/Exchanges: Products may be returned or exchanged in-store within 15 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Defective Products: Defective products can be exchanged within 15 days at no additional charge.

Opened Non-Defective Products: Returns for opened, non-defective products within 90 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and the product must be at least 75% full.

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates / Prepaid Packages

All gift cards, gift certificates, and prepaid packages are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
