Membership Policies
Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms:
- Monthly payments will be charged automatically on the same day each month to the payment method on file.
- The first payment will be processed upon sign-up. All subsequent payments will occur every month on the same date.
Cancellation Policy:
- A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required for all membership plans.
- After the initial 3-month period, membership can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
- If cancellation occurs before the 3-month period, the remainder of the dues will be collected.
Rollover Policy:
- Unused treatments or services cannot be rolled over to the next month.
Membership Freeze:
- Members may freeze their membership for up to two months per year with a 15-day notice. During the freeze period, no monthly payments will be processed, and membership benefits will be temporarily suspended.
Non-Transferable:
- Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
No Refunds:
There are no refunds for partially used membership periods.
CurAge reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.
- Service Exclusions:
Please note that certain treatments and services may not be included in your membership plan. We kindly ask that you inquire for further details regarding exclusions.
